Still having trouble with 634 USB

Everything works fine until I reboot then I get an exclamation point next to the crystal fontz setting in Device manager/com ports, I have to delete the crystalfontz setting and then install new hardware and then everything works fine again, Thanks again Jim

what operating system and harware is that happening on and is it still happening?

Thanks, I got it working, I had to change com ports in Device Manager.
