CFAG12864B-YYH-V and CFAG12864B-YYH-N ?

One works with Negative Voltage Generator... the other works without Negative Voltage Generator.

But one is better than the other!?!?

Neither is better than the other, it just depends on your application as to which you will want to use.

The -V generates the negative voltage on-board which is necessary to adjust the contrast into the viewable range. The -N does not, you would generate it on your board.
