what to get for project

Hi,

Designing a PC project with XtalFontz

I need 2 displays to show fan RPM's, of 8 fans on 2 rads & temps..

So I need :
2 x CFA633-RMC-KU
2 x usb cables for mobo headers

What else is needed ?

Hey CF tech,

thanks for the reply

I was reading the pdf manuals on your site the 633ku

the manual shows rs232 connectivity even though its supposed to be USB (though the photo of the back panel shows a USB connection)

should I assume the pdf tech specs and config data (excluding interface type) for the 633ku is the same as 633ks ?

The USB and RS-232 variants behave the same way. The only difference is that the USB variant currently has a USB daughter board for communications to the host system. All commands and functionality are the same regardless of the interface.

You will still need to connect the +5v and +12v power to the 4 pin power header for the CFA633 to operate correctly.
