I have 634 (20x4) I am using custom characters to write all decimal digits to only two ROWS but as you know if you change a custom character and it is displayed on the screen before as something different then the old displayed information changes. This sounds absurd to me. I could be able to leave the displayed characters unchanged and use the custom characters for new displays. Does any body know how this is done and also can anybody give me ideas on how to use the graphical capabilities pixel by pixel so that like the 'oscilloscope' demo in Wintest I can write similar programs.
