Unused Inputs

My project is using the 4 bit bus (DB4-7) of a 20X2 character LCD display. Should I tie the unused inputs (DB0-3) to ground through resistors or leave them float?

You can leave them float and you won't have any problems with the unit, but I like to tie them to ground myself.
