What function do I use to show the following:

UL Speed
DL Speed
Data amount xferred up
Data amount xferred down

Assuming you are using CC 1.0x, go into settings, screen configure. Then in the Available Information you need to select Preformance Info->Network Interface.

Under that you will find all the statistics you are asking for. You probably want: Bytes Sent/sec, Bytes Received/sec. Or possible: Current Bandwidth.

As far as "data amount" I'm not sure I see any performance counters with this info, at least not on my machine. But the bottom line is that the CC GUI will let you walk the WMI performance tree, so perhaps there will be something on your machine.
