Just got my Serial LCD - 632
Installed CrystalControl
COM 1 settings: 9600 BAUD; Serial LCD set to 9600 baud
OS: W2K
The LCD initializes (CF logo + baudrate); but then shows a blinking cursor (top-left) and does not show any screen I enter in Crystalcontrol.
Can you help me?

Guess my serial cable is not OK. Pin 2 and 3 are straight through as well as cross (so 2 connects to 2 AND 3 and 3 connects to 2 and 3.......)
