Pulled LCD's

Is it possible to buy a new "pulled" LCD (off a laptop) and then somehow design a VGA connector that will accept a singal from a video card?

Highly interested in answers to your idea. I have two color displays....one touchscreen that i would like to use along with the controllers. just need to figure out how to get output from video card to it is the problem.
