not scrolling?

i have CrystalControl and i ticked scrolling and put the speed to max (10) but it doesnt scroll
any ideas

A lower value actually scrolls faster... 0.30 is a nice rate.
A value of 10 means, scroll one character every 10 seconds.

BTW, the text on the line must be wider than the LCD for it to start scrolling.
