Glad I waited so long (years!) before buying. The drive-bay kits do have more options though, i.e. beige, black, and aluminum. True that an external unit wouldn't require any special colour for the casing, but anything in aluminum looks snazzy, even on top of boring-beige monitors and such.
Oh.....if the price is right, I may buy yours off you. PM me with details and offer.
