Newby help needed with choice...

Hi people, hoping someone could help me.....

I am looking for a display, powered and controlled by the USB port to interface with some software which I am running.

I need to attach a display to the back of a barcode scanner, which will then display the amount from a ticket which is scanned. I need it to hopefully operate in all weathers!! (although I can live with something that will not) although it will always be used outside.

If anyone has any ideas I would really appreciate some help!!!

The only thing we have that is designed to survive weather (the XE634BK) I think would be much too big for a scanner.

I think I have seen scanners with displays built in. Would one of those work?
