Hi there,

I've looked through this forum for hours now not noticing anything to do with PIC's. Does this mean that the graphic LCD's are not suitable for the PIC's or does nobody actually use them. I'm about to buy one of the CFAX12864C LCD's for the PIC. Has anyone tried using a PIC for this type of LCD.

There's a chance that someone's already written some PIC code that works with the controller that's on the 12864B series displays, the KS0107/KS0108. Do a search on PIClist, at www.piclist.com for either controller, and you will probably find that someone has written some code already.

I believe this guy used a KS0108 display for his microcontroller baybus project.
