On a CFA-635:

Install Instructions:
Copy the screens out of the zip into the: C:\Program Files\CrystalControl2\cc2-config\screens directory, add them to your module.
You will need to have Motherboard Monitor installed and running.
This screen allows the user to input text on the 3rd line.
This screen is for a 20x4 LCD.
