LCD INFO/ADVICE NEEDED

Hello, I'm new to this forum. I own a car electronics repair shop in Downey, Ca
I came across this new customer that needs several replacements for yard trucks hour meters. I have no clue where to source the replacements or even what type/model of LCD I'm dealing with.

I'll appreciate any info or inputs.

Attached is the display that I'm looking for.

I'm just posting the informaiton I shared via chat here as well so it's available for anyone else with a similar question:

We don't have any displays like that. It's probably a custom segment display. Without a datasheet it could be hard to get a replacement built. Even with a datasheet, there would be an engineering fee (more without a datasheet than with) and likely an minimum order of a couple hundred pieces.
