The digikey circuit o/p is at frequency 80khz and min 70khz and max 90khz typical and my lamb datasheet says that it takes 50khz typical but says no min. or max. does this circuit match my lamp or not....?

Meh. It is probably fine. Might be a little brighter at the higher frequency.
