I am interested in utilizing an LCD to display B&W images that are stored on some form of memory. Can anyone recomed an LCD that is about 5"x5" that will be able to fulfill my needs?

We only have monochrome displays, which are not so good for images.

You would need a grey-scale LCD, or maybe a color TFT.
