Ok. I installed the screen, then ran windows autodriver install, nothing.... so i went to the crystalfontz site and got the drivers... instaled the drivers and restarted. crystalcontrol dont work... lcsc dont work lcd smartie dont work

it's a usb 634
is USB com1?

Usually the USB LCD will show up as COM3 in windows

The very last step in the second link shows how to see what COM port your display is assigned to.
