how dark backlight

Hey guys,
I have the 633 rmc ku, though the backlight is reddish

Is the new CFA633-RDI-KU have a darker background, I see its fsstn

I'm trying to find an lcd or screen which has the least reddish background behind red font

any suggestions

The RDI is better than the RMC. But in general, the red is really picky to get working well with the LCD. The viewing angle is pretty narrow and that means that setting the contrast is critical.

If you get the contrast right and on an RDI it can look pretty good, but the red is going to be more fiddly than for instance a yellow LCD.
