Finding a part

Hey guys I need help finding a part. I'm trying to look for some dual row headers. The size I need is 20x2 (40 pins) with standard spacing 0.100"x0.100". Something like the connectors on a cdrom drive, but used for pcb applications. I need both female and male headers. I need the female header to be 8mm to 10mm in height. I can't seem to find these for cheap. Any help is appreciated.

The cheapest at digikey is $1.40, but it is shrouded. I just need it bare. I can't find the female headers there. I think I can just use snapable headers for the male side. I just need to source some female headers. Below $1? I can't believe some of the prices for these.
