email not working

my email account is mail.optonline.net it is a pop3 account.
I set the crystalcontrol program up with these settings
I have now waited over 20 minutes
I am still getting E19's for all the info that the program is supposed to retrieve.

I have my email setup as pop.optonline.net
I have my user name and pw set correctly

Is there something I am missing? I can get my emails from outlook just fine.

I have an email server on one machine with a 634L Another client box also has a 634L. Both CrystalControls are set up the same way. The server rarely ever [E19] s but the client never gets connected. I'm not sure why. The client may be trying to resolve locally<?> Sometimes this software is a funny business.

I have the exact same problem as mschlottfeld. And restarting CC doesn't fix it. Strange thing is that it used to work and then one day I noticed it stopped. Only thing I can think of is that my ISP (At&t Broadband) is in the process of switching over to Comcast. But that still doesn't explain why I can still receive e-mail just fine.
