What is it doing wrong....

Please make sure you can communicate with the LCD using "WinTest" first. Then I'm sure the boot screen editor will work also if you select the same com port and baud rate.

Mine is not working. I did the win test. I design a boot screen, then tell it to store it to the eeprom, but I never see it.
