CFAX12864UTFH Practical curcuits.

Hi to all

i am shyam here.

i have some doubt regarding this CFAX12864UTFH.
I want too know that from this LCD model exactly how many pins must be connected to the micro controller.
because we have only 16 pins are left in our micro controller. so please reply as much as possible.

also i want to know that which wins will be used for programming.

and send me also the pin out diagram or practical circuit if you have any as a reference.

I have attached a schematic of how we created the ZIF tail for the CFAX12864A to the AP1 that includes the bias capacitors. This will work for your CFAX12864U-TFH as well.

From your microcontroller, you need the following lines:

CS1B
CS2
RES
A0
R/W
E
DB0 to DB7 (8 lines total)

Vdd is your power supply input
Vss is ground

The following signals are tied high or low depending on your needs:
C86
P/S
IRS
/HPM
CLS
M/S


For simplicity in design, you may want to look at the CFAX12864U1-TFH. We have taken care of the bias circuit and brought things out to an 18 pin ZIF connector.
