CFAG320240CX LED Backlight Connector

I've found a source for the header that the backlight connector plugs into for future use. But I don't have any of the displays that have the original JST connector on them anymore. On the original connector which pin was the anode and which pin was the cathode? The documentation doesn't give any guidance and I'm trying to lay out a printed circuit board.

Im not sure that I have fully understand your question, so sry if I talk hooley :)
In connector the first pin is the anode (marked with arrow) second (middle) is not connected and the third is catode.
