What is the correct dimensions for CFAG240128D-TMI-TZ? The data sheet is different from the 1:1 PDF. Also what is the distance for the pads from the bottem of the board?

The 152 x 104 is correct. I will let the documentation folks know that the other drawings are in error.

The center of the connector holes are 2.5mm from the bottom edge.

Also I could not find any info on the white LED backlight in the datasheet.
