CFAG12232D-YYH-N Chip Select

I am going to be using the CFAG12232D in a prototype design and I am running out of I/O on my processor. Can I drive both E1 and E2 at the same time from 1 pin of the processor. Can you forsee any problems or contention?

Connecting both the enables together would be trouble.

One enable controls the left half of the display, and the other enable controls the right half. So if they are connected together, the right half and left half will always be identical.
