CFA634-TMC-KU not showing screen

hi i have a usb CFA634-TMC-KU.
my specs are:

WIn XP sp1
Gigabyte 8INXP
2.4 ghz p4
1gb ram
2 WD HD in raid

I installed the newest version of CrystalControl and the Usb drivers. Everthing is fine until i try to add a screen or load a screen. I type in letters in the 4 boxes and when i press done nothing shows Try to load a screen nothing shows.

Only the a blinking box at the top left corner of the screen. Plz help

You should check your device manager and make sure that the virtual com port that your LCD is on is the same one that CC is trying to talk to.
