The problem is a bluetooth LCD would still need an external power supply, making the "wireless" feature rather useless.

They wont last too long with somthing like a 634/632 backlight unless they are rather large.

Let them be large then or use battery eliminator...
But i guess i wont see any LCD with bluetooth then ?

From my understanding, the whole point of wireless is to . . . well, not have any wires. Adding a wired power supply kind of blows the whole wireless thing for me. But if you wanted to pursue it you could start with a search on Google for a "bluetooth rs232 converter" there is probably something that somebody makes.
