Best LCD for Bright Daylight Viewing

What is the best LCD for daylight viewing.

It will be in the cockpit of an airplane. Lots of light all around.

Any of the positive reflective mode or positive transflective mode (dark letters on a light background) will work well in bright light.

You will want to avoid the negative transmissive mode displays.
