Anyone using a serial backback from wirz?

I want to get a parallel lcd because i love how you can get all the nifty colors. However i would like it to be in a seriel interface because of the compatibility and software controlls, plus i need a printer. I was just wondering if anyone has used the SLI serial backpack from Wirz Electronics. I think i may go this route and i was just wondering if this is a good route to go.

Hey CF... You guys should take that thread and move it to the top of the tech support section and LOCK it. That way everyone can see the tuturial without having to search for it.
