The reason why I'm interested in your serial lcds is that your products are supported by most of the lcd driver programs found on the internet. I am wondering if your 2.0 version is still fully compatible with the lcd driver software right now? I bought an lcd screen from elsewhere and this wasn't the case.

The 2.0 series firmware for the Intelligent Serial Displays is designed to be completely backward compatible with the 1.x series.

The only feature that was dropped is support for 1200 baud communications, and the trade off is that 19200 baud is now supported.
