634 Stop'd Working

All i've got on my LCD screen is a blinking black box in the top right corner.. Any ideas?

Has the COM port number changed?
Check it in the windows device manager.

Nope, doesnt work either.. is the LCD fried?

So it only ever shows the blinking cursor?

Is it USB or Serial?

Its serial.. All I get is a blinking black box in the upper corner.. the splash screen and stuff shows when it gets power to it..
