50 % CPU Usage - need help!!!

I need some help with my 634 USB...
Evertime I start the Crystal Control Software, my CPU is used by 50% for CrystalControl.exe
I already tried 1.00 1.02 1.03 Version, it doesen't work...
I don't know what I should do more !

It runs not really "normally"

Well, I have in my software list one entry "Crystalfontz serial usb driver" and I can't delete or uninstall it... and one entry "Crystalfontz usb driver" this is uninstallable.
It starts normally, but if I start another app it shows the CPU Usage and when I close the other app it hang up at 50 % cpu usage.
Then I can't close it, except I go for Ctrl+Alt+Del and cancel the thread...

I've got a pentium 4 with HT, it's new in my computer environment, does this causes any problems usually?

It would be very kind if you help me, because I can't use my display, when it needs 50 % of my CPU...

Ahh, right.
I think a couple of people have had problem when running CC with MP boxes.

See if removing the whole "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\CrystalControl" key in regedit and then setting up CC again helps.

Ohh I see...

thanks again, I knew that the P4 simulates a second processor, but I didn't know the abbreviation "MP", so thanks again, I'll try it out....

sorry, but ähhm, it doesn't work...

I deleted the key, but it still doesn't work, do xou have any other ideas ???

I think it works, I only have problems with saving and config screens, but I think it's a problem by myself...

I hope cc2 comes out very soon... I'm really looking forward to all the features, I'm waiting for months....:rolleyes:
