3V Character Display

I'm looking for a 3V character display. I browsed through the ones available and saw a few that might be.

I don't need back light.

Just 3V Vcc.

You'll need to find one with a negative voltage generator, or make one yourself, since the typical Vdd-Vo spec is 4.2 to 4.5 volts for those kinds of displays.
