3.3 v LCDs?

Does crystalfontz make a 3.3 v tolerant LCD? I need to interface with an intel XSCALE, but don;t really want to have to use a level translator if possible.

The CFAX graphic series are designed to operate at 3.3 volts.

Most of the character displays can run at 3.3v for the logic, but you still have to come up with VLCD, which typically means a negative supply. If you have a PWM available, there are some tricks to do this.
