Hello tech

I am new to these crystal LCD.
I went through above mentioned LCD
what are the voltages for VCCI VCC2 VCCI in the interface diagram.
please send any documents regarding 8bit controller interfaced with CFAF240320et LCD.

please help me

About LCD supply

Thanks for thr reply.
But from driver chip ILI9325 maximum on IOvcc is 4.5 ~6.0
which are the pins are taken out to connect these 3 supply pins(VCC1,VCC2,VCCI).
Where IM0 -IM3 pins needs to connect.
please guide me sir
I need interface 8 bit controller to CFAF320240ET TFT.
please suggest the interface precautions i should take

You should refer first to the datasheet for the LCD, not the controller, as the LCD datasheet will give the most insight as to how to connect the part to your microcontroller.

Please see the datasheet for the LCD on the same page as above, you will find the pinout on page 10.
