Where is the SDK

I am unable to find cc2-plugin-sdk . The manual references this as a directory but I am unable to find it on the disk or identify the source for the directory.

It's located in the "extras\service-plugin-sdk" directory.
So if CrystalControl2 is installed in the default location, you'll find it here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\CrystalControl2\extras\service-plugin-sdk
