were can i find the serial pin out for the CFAH2004A-TMI-JP ??? are there any other precautions i should be careful with hooking it up to a pc ???

The CFAH2004A-TMI-JP is not serial. The module's pin-out is in the module's data sheet.

If you want an LCD in a PC, the best bet is to just use a drive bay kit.

They are very easy to connect to a PC.

Yes. All the components are available separately.

These parts would be a typical selection for connecting a serial LCD. You could also get them as a kit, which includes the bracket for a few dollars more.
