OK, solutioned!!
I have been using 9600 as baud rate because in the 634's datasheet DIP SWITCH says that ON/ON it's 9600!!!
I noticed that with each baud I get different type of characters... so when I try 19200... test lines are OK!!
Now I have full control of the LCD module with lcd4linux
