Hi-
I have my LCD connected to a basicx controller, and I am unable to get anything but gibberish to display. What format should I be sending to it? I know it is looking for "standard ascii text", but I am not sure what this means on the basicx side. I have tried to use the standard serial software that I use to send text to my PC, but it is not working. Should I send things in Hex mode? or can I just send a standard byte?
I have everything set up for 19200, N,8,1
