usb driver not loaded at startup

Hi,

I have successfully installed CFA632-USB on a PC with Windows 2000 Pro sp4.

It works fine but when booting the driver is not installed correctly
as shown in the picture.
Windows says:
"This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)"

If I unplug and replug in the USB cable in the same port, the device
is put back to work properly.

It sounds like a driver loading order problem.

Any hint?

Thank you

Some thoughts, barring the possibility of a rogue Windows-Updated driver.

Try uninstalling the port device, and the USB device, and then cycle the connection of the LCD. Reinstall drivers from here:

If that doesn't work, it probably wouldn't hurt to verify that all the drivers for your motherboard are up to date, including the USB drivers for your motherboard.

If that doesn't produce any positive results, then we may have to start a support ticket to handle the issue.
