On a CFA-631:

Install Instructions:
This screen is designed for a CFA-631 or CFA-635. It will work but not look as nie on a CFA-632, CFA-633 and CFA-634.
Copy the screens out of the zip into the: C:\Program Files\CrystalControl2\cc2-config\screens directory, add them to your module.
Eratta:
The GIF is cut off on the right side due to a hardware limit of 24 pixels maximum width.
