software help for CFAG240128L-YYH-TZ

hello i need help trying to program the CFAG240128L-YYH-TZ is there any programing tool that is out there that can help me out? the only languages i know are C, C++, perl, jave, assembly and bash.

The "D" display has the LC7981 on it. The "L" display is the T6963. We have some code for the T6963, but I do not have access to it this weekend. I can post it Monday.
