Perhaps I should have purchased the unit with the negative voltage generator, but here's my plan for powering CFAG12864B-WGH-N. I am planning to use a regular D-cell (9V), and use a 7805 to provide 5V for Vdd. I guess I could hook up another D-cell backwards to provide -9V for LCD display (w/ a voltage divider POT). If possible, I would like to have only 1 D-cell in the circuit, if possible. Is there a single-chip negative voltage generator that I can use with a D-cell battery?
