I love this display! I have had it running in a shuttle xpc SN41G2 box in the 3.5" bay and it looks so great! The crystal control software is a no brainer to use. I have gotten many compliments on it.

Anyway, I was upgrading my DVD drive in the box and after I had installed and booted back up the drive was dead. Upon inspection I found that I had pulled the actually connector for the cable off of the back of the display. (There isn't a whole lot of room in those XPC boxes, guess I caught it by mistake, I had the usb cable and the excess IDE cable behind the display). I took the drive to a local electronics store who tried to solder it back on but it still doesn't work.

Is there a way to have the unit looked at and repaired by the factory? If the unit is dead I will buy another, I just would like to try and salvage this one first.

Thanks!!
