Nforce2 and 634 USB driver issues - Audio Popping

I have a NForce2 MB that I am having some issues with audio when I load the 634 USB drivers. If I do a clean install, everything works great, then I install the USB drivers, and my audio starts popping and chirping. I tried all sorts of MB bios updates, driver updates, and even bought an Audigy2 to try to solve the problem. Nothing has, and for now, I have rebuilt my 1.6Ghz P4. I would like to go back to my AMD, but not with the audio issues.

Anyone ran into this before, or do you guys at tech support have a fix????
