new user screen won't display

Having created a new user screen and restarted CC2, I still cannot get the screen to display on the LCD. The CrystalFontz default is still there. I do not see my user screen in the screens folder in Windows. I've had this same LCD working previously but I must be missing something simple. Does anyone have any ideas??

Hi,

It sounds like there is a CC2 -> LCD communications problem.
Even if CC2 has no screens setup, but the module is setup correctly, it will blank the LCD.

Check your module configuration in the CC2 setup.
Make sure the COM/USB port & baud rate is selected correctly.
