We're using a 128x64 display (Crystalfontz CFAG12864B-TMI-V, KS0108 LCD controller) that is controlled by an Atmel ATmega169 mcu. We want it to display some pretty fancy graphics and we need to get a jump start on the software. We're thinking about buying one of the software packages from either Ramtex or easyGUI. Both are about $500. We're really not worried about the cost as long as it works with WinAVR and AVR Studio 4 and helps us get the job done within a couple of months.
Does anyone have any experience working with either of these third-party software vendors and can you tell me about your experience? Were you happy with the outcome? How about technical support?
