Couple weeks ago I purchased crystalfontz 634 USB model, everything worked fine until this weekend when I started getting Windows XP error message “usb device has malfunctioned” and unknown device is shoving up in the USB tree. I have tied connecting this device to another computer and I am getting the same error message on it. Plz help
