Hi Ralph,
I got it from http://www.lc-design.de/English/Products/Serial_e/Cases/cases.htm Shipping was a little more because they had to ship it from Germany to the US (NYC) and I had to pay a $10.00 bank fee for the Germany back to cash my check. It came to about $70.00 US. Well worth the money in my book.
