it shows, at the same time:
DL: speed (xx.y) + hystogram
UL: speed (xx.y) + hystogram
CPU xx% + hystogram + time
Ram [free] + Winamp Spectum analyzer.
Since this is for an italian XP, you have to configure it to match your network interface, max/min DL speed, max/min UL speed, and to read the processor time.
